For over two decades, CRIDEV has been at the forefront of rural development in Nigeria’s Niger Delta, championing the rights of women, girls, and persons with disabilities.
The Centre for Rural Integrated Development (CRIDEV) was established in October 1999 by a group of dedicated individuals passionate about addressing the unique challenges facing rural communities in the Niger Delta region.
In 2003, we were officially registered as NGO No. 352 by the Delta State Government and with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Abuja, cementing our commitment to formal, accountable community service.
Today, with our headquarters in Asaba and branches in Edo and Bayelsa States, we continue to work tirelessly to improve the socio-economic standards of rural communities, with a special focus on gender-based issues and inclusive development.
